I give and devise unto my son THOMAS STERRY the little orchard near adjoining to where he now live during the lease and paying a proportionable chief rent for the same. Item. I give and devise unto my eldest daughter JANE now wife of THOMAS WOODHOUSE and to my second daughter HANNAH now wife of ROGER PLAYSTER and to my third daughter MARY now wife of WILLIAM HOOK two guineas each in all six pounds six shillings to be paid to them by my Executor herein after named within three months after my decease Item.
