The subscriber represents that he the Administrator on the estate of said deceased; that the following account contains a true statement of all moneys received and expended by him in his capacity aforesaid; and that all of the claims allowed by heirs against said estate have been fully paid, satisfied and discharged.

District of Bozrak ss Probate Court Nov 2d 1903
Estate of Francis A Sterry late of Bozrah in said District, deceased.
The Administrator having exhibited his administration account with said estate to this Court for Allowance, it is ordered that the ninth day of November 1903 at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, at the Probate Court in Bozrah be, and the same is, assigned for a hearing on the allowance of said administration account with said estate, and this Court directs the Administrator to cite all persons interested therein to appear at said time and place, by publishing this order one time in the Morning Bulletin a newspaper having circulation in said District, and by posting a copy on the public sign-post in the Town of Bozrah nearest where the deceased last dwelt at least 5 days before said time assigned and return make to this court of the notice given.

The Subscriber hereby makes return that pursuant to the order of said Court, made on the 2d day of November 1903 he published a notice that there would be a hearing on the allowance of the administration account with said estate at a Probate Court to be held at the Probate Office in Bozrah on the ninth day of November 1903 at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, in the Norwich Morning Bulletin a newspaper having circulation in said District, and by posting a like notice on the sign-post nearest where deceased last dwelt in said Town of Bozrah at least 5 days before said time assigned

At a Court of Probate held at Bozrah within and for the District of Bozrah on the 27th day of October 1902 present John H Miner Judge
Estate of Francis A Sterry late of Bozrah in said District deceased.
William H Smith having made return of the notice given as ordered by this Court made on the 20th day of Oct 1902 for a hearing in reference to the appointment of an administrator on said estate. Therefore after due hearing upon the matter the court hereby appoints William H Smith of Stonington administrat of said estate who appeared in Court and accepted said trust and gave a bond jointly with Hariet W Haughton in the penal sum of two hundred dollars for the faithful performance of said trust. Ordered that six months from the date hereof be and the same are limited and allowed for the creditors to bring in their claims against said estate and the Administrator is directed to give public notice to the creditors of said estate to bring in their claims within said time allowed, by posting the same on the public sign-post nearest the place where the deceased last dwelt, within the same town and by publishing the same once in the Norwich Morning Bulletin a newspaper having a circulation in said District and return make to this Court of the notice given.

Know all men by these presents, that we William H Smith of the Town of Stonington County of New London State of Connecticut as principal and Harriet W Haughton of the Town of Bozrah County and State above written as surety, are holden and stand firmly bound and obliged, jointly and severally, unto the State of Connecticut in the penal sum of two hundred dollars, to be paid to said State or to its certain attorney. To the which payment well, and truly to be made, we, the said obligors, do bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, and administrators, and each and every of them, for and in the whole sum aforesaid, firmly by these presents. Signed with our hands and sealed with our seals, at Bozrah this 27 day of October 1902.
The condition of this Obligation is such, that whereas the above bounden William B Smith was appointed by the Court of Probate for the District of Bozrah, Administrator on the Estate of Francis A Sterry late of Bozrah deceased on the 27th day of October 1902.
